Cottage 2.
Cottage

My second attempt at photographing this cottage.

See post December.

Hope you like it. I did try an alternative perspective but was not happy with the result.

All the following photos taken today whilst walking Digby through the lanes.

January Sales

January Sales.

When we arrived at this shop, I had driven my mum to in order to buy a TV.

She decided, she wanted to use my camera to take photos of the lights outside whilest I went in to pay for the TV.

When I came out of the shop she was sat in the car waiting. I then went into a store room at the back of the shop to collect the television.

While in the store waiting to hand over my receipt, I saw the man on the right of the above photo walking around the back of my car and writing something down. Not realising at the time, that my mum had photographed him and his mate. I wondered what was going on.

I loaded the TV in the car, got in the drivers seat and asked my mum if she noticed what happened? She hadn't. I put two and two together and looked at the photo she took and could not stop laughing.

As we drove past these two guys i stopped and wound the window down and asked the little guy if he had written down my registration? He answered no, his friend looked embarrassed. I then told him I was behind him watching as he was doing it. I then explained my mum was taking photos of the Christmas Lights and asked him what he thought she was doing? He didn't answer.
And there's me thinking they were parking attendants. ................

Mum and Digby

The Last photo posted above is specifically a reminder to me.
(Meter off a subject in this lighting situation. Practise achieving an exposed subject as opposed to a silhouette.)

Mum and I heard Digby crunching on something whilst he was shaking some seaweed. I am hoping it was a shell.

He's still recovering from a recent operation to remove a stone he ate.
Why he would suddenly start doing this now?
